Principal Consultant
James Legg
James is a leader with considerable experience in consulting and managed services.​
​
He is passionate about designing solutions to enable businesses to better compete. He has led or collaborated on a wide variety of projects during his career from leading technical implementations,
through designing compelling service offers, to architecting solutions for complex outsourcing
engagements.
James has a background in accounting and IT and developed his career at one of the leading global
consulting and systems integrators before founding Brinmore in 2012.

John Hawes
John is a document services specialist who has worked with some of the largest corporate clients in the UK to map, assesses and transform current processes to provide enhanced, customer-focused solutions.

He has implemented process change to improve business efficiency across industry sectors including professional services, healthcare, and retail. Projects have mainly been of a technical and transformational nature improving the internal and external customer service.

John has a background in the print industry, having held board-level roles at manufacturers as well as leadership positions in several of the largest UK reseller organisations.

Paul Sinnott
Paul is a specialist in logistics, courier, postal and document services.

He has many years of experience in corporate outsourcing delivering workplace services and technology to global corporates across banking, retail and professional services. He also has extensive experience working on global alliances with integrators to deliver value into their client base.

He joined Brinmore from a senior leadership position at one of the foremost global outsourcing firms in staffing and document services.

Lael is a specialist in communications and project management.
She is an accredited Scrum Master and Prince 2 practitioner and manages internal and external
communications projects and programmes for consulting engagements in financial services and pharmaceuticals clients.

Lael has broad experience across client services and project management in advertising, marketing and communications in both niche agencies and multi-national corporations.
Associate Consultant - Project Management
Cassidy Barr
Cassidy manages Brinmore’s internal and client projects.

She is a certified Scrum Master and is responsible for developing our standard and custom engagements following Agile project management principles.
Cassidy brings her entrepreneurial energy to Brinmore, with a background in owning and operating successful alternative health businesses in South Africa prior to emigrating to the UK.

Lawrie Nutley
Lawrie is an expert in specialist logistics and project delivery.
He manages complex lifecycle and logistics projects for Brinmore’s trade and corporate clients, ensuring the efficiency and security of our configuration, delivery, installation, storage, moving, removal, and recycling services.
Lawrie has an extraordinary knowledge of the industry and how it works built over a career spanning almost 40 years in sales and operations management at most of the leading vendors.
